Edge Processed Strip

TAD INOX has specialized chamfering and rolling equipment to deburr or provide slit strips with chamfered or rounded edges. Depending on your design requirements, we remove the sharp edges into deburred edges, bevels, or rounded profiles. The different edge profiles can be obtained by both machining and/or rolling the edges.

The production of these edge versions depends on the thickness and width of the material. To determine if your desired edge version is possible in your requested dimensions, please contact one of our specialists.

The finishing touch, also for slit tape

Mechanical machining often creates sharp corners and burrs on the edges of the material, which can pose a safety risk and cause cuts when touched. Chamfering offers a solution to this by chamfering the edges, which significantly reduces the risk of injury during handling and assembly.
